pinching and pulling
after my boyfriend had hernia surgery the Dr used mesh to cover the hole there is pinching and pulling on the left side where the hernia was, his surgery was July 29th, he still sleeps on the couch

It is just healing, and sometimes healing can cause those pains. If you are both worried, than ask your surgeon, he should be able to put your mind at ease.
