I think its low blood sugar. but recently I was on a heart website, and these are all early symptoms. any advise? im scared.

Hi
Welcome to the forum!
Today heart attack is not a disease of the elderly. It can affect kids too. This is because heredity is complicated by lack of exercise and intake of junk food. It can also appear at your age. Do not want to scare you but you must get all investigations done.
However since you have these symptoms from a very young age, the chances are less unless you have some other heart problem. Hence an ECHO should also be done.
Poor diet, anemia, low blood sugar and some endocrine problems too can cause these symptoms. It could also be due to internal ear problems.
Do talk to your parents and consult a doctor. Run tests to rule out heart problem. Try to find the cause for the symptoms.
Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!

I was talking to my father earlier, and he said that I should start to eat healthier, and exercize regularly due to my risk of heart problems when i get older. My mom was concerned it was low blood sugar too. thank you so much. i will keep you posted.
