can anyone help?

For the last few months I have been feeling extreme tiredness. It started with almost crushing fatigue, now its just extreme tiredness - all the time! I also feel 'hungover' even though I'm not. I don't get the headache or nausea, just the disorientation and staggering feeling, which makes it difficult to drive sometimes, depending on how bad it is. It also seems to me that I'm slurring sometimes even tho people say I'm not. I've been a vegetarian for years, but don't really eat much dairy. I've had some blood tests, but they came back ok. I would be really grateful if someone has any idea what could be causing this. Thanks.

hey,

i've also been a vegetarian, since i was a toddler, and i've been crazy tired for a few months now too. i fell asleep at work three times! i am having some other symptoms too, though - is the tiredness the only one?

i started taking b-12 bc some of my other symptoms suggested a deficiency, i have not seen improvement yet.

i got an ultrasound of my neck (one of my symptoms has been a persistant swollen/irritated throat) and it turns out i have two nodules on my thyroid. they are pretty small so the doc says they shouldnt be causing symptoms, but i'm thinking maybe hypothyroidism?

hope it went well with the doc, let us know what they say.

Thyroid or anemia disorders???  I would see you family doctor just to be on the safe side.  You take good care to eat well, and sometimes one little thing can be "off" that causes so many problems.  Better to know what it is as a woman, since our hearts can later have issues if we leave behind taking care of like anemia.  Just a heads-up.  :)  I hope you feel better soon!
