Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
At times if proper practice is not there or even at times despite all precautions the vein from which the blood is drawn gets infected and inflamed or a clot forms that gets infected and causes fever. If it is not thrombophlebitis and vasculitis then it can be any viral fever. Please consult your PCP for primary examination followed by proper treatment.
It is difficult to comment beyond this at this stage. Take care!

i would say it is just one of those things like a cold or a viral, and it is just coinsided with the donation
