changes in my pubic area
recently the color of my pubic hair has changed from brom to jet black, but only on the lower part of my vagina. The doctor says they have never seen this, they have found a mass in my uterus and that my cervix is abnormal shape, i don't have appt until january in regards to the above. Have you ever heard of a change like this, could it be related to the mass? I havent'' changed detergents or anything of the such, but am now concerned after finding out about the mass. I am forty years old, and in decent health
It could be from hormonal changes due to the mass in your uterus. Please don't miss your doctor's appointment. Be persistent in your care.

Though I do not want to scare you, yet possibility of a hairy melanoma should be looked into. A PAP should be done and so also a CT scan since there is a lump and shape of cervix is abnormal.
