How would u guys describe the pain in the middle of ur chest I have been worried n I wanna know if n e one else feels the same pains I do??  My pains r tightness n squeezing feeling along with upper back pain n left arm tingling feeling n numbness Idk if it my stress or anxiety or something wrong wit my heart if u have these symptoms wen really stressed or have anxiety

I had that happen to me a few times and its scary. I still dont know what causes them but a few people told me that diabetes could be the cause of those symptoms but thats just word of mouth. I would like to hear it from a health proffessional

This could be anxiety or stress, however I would advise that you get checked out by your physician or at an ER. There are a number of things that can cause chest pain from heart problems to gall bladder problems to just anxiety and stress. You should seek medical advise and care.
