For a few years now I have been experiencing constant dizziness. At first, I was really lightheaded and dizzy after having a severe allergic reaction to a drug called Torecan, and believed that was the cause somehow (my head was completely bent backwards with muscle spasms, as well as my back, and I assumed I may have pinched a nerve or the like). However, recently the dizziness has gotten much worse to the point where I am really afraid to be alone in case I should faint or something, and I am also experiencing ocassional nosebleeds when I feel this dizziness. All tests came back clear except for a CAT scan, which showed my having a severely deviated septum. Should I assume this is all from my sinuses, or could this be something else? My blood pressure and any other vital signs are normal ascross the board.
