Someone please help me!!!!!!!!

I am a 22 year old Mom. I have four kids. I had my tubes cut and tied after my last baby. That was last year. Then a month after that I had my Gall bladder removed and a hernia repaired. For the last week, I have been going down hill health wise, and it is begining to scare me. I have to stay healthy to take care of my kids which are 3 and under. My symptoms are as follows.... Fever 99.5 - 101.4, Lightheaded, dizzy when standing up or sitting up, fatigue, nausea, feeling as though I wanna vomit, blurred vision, headache, stomach ache/ pain, feeling like I need hours of sleep even after sleeping for 8 hours. If anyone knows what could possibly be wrong, please answer me. Thanks so much. Oh, and if you are going to say go to the doctor... I don't have insurance, so I am only going to go if someone out there really thinks that something is wrong.

I want to thank everyone who responded. I went to the ER because my temp got up to 102.5 and they did a cat scan, and blood work... and they found that my lymph nodes were swollen on my lower right side and that my immune system is really weak from all the surgeries that I have had in the last 3 years and the fact that I am going non-stop. They put me on some medicine and gave me something for pain, something to help me sleep, and a fever reducer. And he put me on bed rest for the next week. So I hope this will help me. I wish everyone the best, and thanks once again.

because you are so young and you have had many babies while your body was and  still is growing (women typically do not finish maturity until 24) your calcium and iron stores are probably VERY low because of the demand making babies and feeding them puts on our bodies.  you really should seek medical help, but you should also try these things too because they can not harm you, they are inexpensive, and they have been tried and true remedies that our ancestors have used for centuries before the advent of modern medicine.  i wish you the best of luck and hope you feel better very soon.

the lemon is for vitamin C, use it fresh for best effectiveness because ascorbic acid (vitamin C) has a VERY short shelf life.

Eat yogurt and drink a product called Keifer.  these products have good bacteria cultures that are essential for good digestion, which helps us get the most nutritional value out of our food.  sometimes we are barely absorbing any of the nutrients from our already nutritionally starved diets, and we end up sicker and sicker.

GET SUNLIGHT!!!!!  at least fifteen minutes a day.  Avoid sunscreen (sunscreen blocks essential spectrums of sunlight that our bodies need to use vitamin D).  Sunlight is also a very effective antimicrobial.  If you are fair skinned go out before 10am or after 3pm.  Sunlight is the only way our bodies can use vitamin D which is essential for proper calcium utilization also.  Since our diets are chock full of fortified vitamin D (and since you have babies you probably have A and D fortified milk) but if we do not get enough sunlight our bodies can not use that vitamin D, therefore it just accumulates in our bodies.  There are studies coming out that show a strong connection of vitamin D toxicity and cancer.

Iodine- if you are not allergic to iodine, you might be defeceint in this important nutrient.  iodine is found in fish and iodized salt, however, you can absorb iodine through your skin, try soaking a cotton swab in iodine and rub in a incospicuous area before bedtime (wear gloves if you do not want your hands to have a yellow stain).

honey, a natural immune booster (and can even help reset an ineffective immune system).

you need a doctor.  do you have a teaching clinic (usually a university) in your vicinity?  you sound like you have an infection but since you do not have any localized pain, it is hard to say.  how are your teeth? you could have periodontal disease which is a very common reason we can become very sick because it just lies there wearing down our bodies for years.  you can try a couple of simple homeopathic (and very cheap too!) remedies.

Apple Cider Vinegar - Heinz-  dilute 2TBsp in 8 oz of water, take before breakfast after lunch and  before bedtime.  for extra effect squeeze fresh lemon juice into concoction.  I know this does not sound appetizing but it really works.
Bacteria produce byproducts within our bodies.  Sometimes these byproducts make us sicker than the bacteria themselves.  This process also disturbs the ph within our bodies which makes it harder to fight infection.  Apple Cider vinegar helps restore this balance making our natural immune system more effective and our organs a less desirable environment for bacteria to proliferate.  Also, it helps by cleaning out the digestive system of undigested food (because our food is so processed and lacks the natural enzyms and good bacteria essential for digestion).

I had a HIV test 3 months ago when I went to the ob/gyn... It is his standard procedure to test for HIV every year. I was all clear on that... Also, this has started within the last month, but it has gotten so bad that I can't even do my daily house work.
