what could it be?

sometime i get these kind of small bumps on the bottom of my feet. there kind of a red colored and have this water or pus in them, and when they pop the skin turns dry and peels off. They don't really itch sometimes they do but only a little and not for very long. The other day i had one of these bumps on the side of my heel. It was pretty big and the skin covering it was dry so i popped it and a yellowish pus came put of it. I guess what I'm trying to ask is what are the bumps? and why do i get them? thank you for your time.

i cant find a podiatrist on this list.

It it is pus it could be an infection. So, they don't look like water blisters? You shouldn't really be popping and leaving open skin especially on your feet. If it is pus it may be a  infection possibly caused by Staphylococcus. Try cleaning your feet well, dry and add triple antibiotic ointment and cover will a bandaid. If they get any worse (hurt , get a fever or spread) see your doctor.
