dizziness

I had my first panic attack 9 years ago. Struggled with it for a couple years and slowly it subsided. Just recently I have been getting really dizzy. I fell once and often have to brace myself. I have'nt gotten the same symptoms as i did nine years ago. This time there are no palpitations or racing heart. I have been feeling primarly dizziness, shortness of breath, and disconnected. Has anyone else had just these symtoms?

I have been experiencing symptoms very similar to yours, and ive even had anxiety attacks before as well. However, i feel this time my anxiety has come back only because im feeling dizzy all the time. Its been six months and i am now experiencing chronic nausea along with it. Ive been to so many doctors, taken so many stomach tests, but they all told me that it might just be anxiety. Well last week i went to a physical therapist and he knew exactly how to fix me! I strongly recommend going to a physical therapist, he gave me exercises to do that would stop the dizziness..and its already working!! He feels that after the dizziness/nausea stops, my anxiety will just go away..and i agree ")

Im having the dizziness and "not with it" symptoms. Docter says its all due to anxeity, but im starting to think the anxeity might be due to the chronic dizziness and dissconnected feeling!
