MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
If your son is being treated for ADHD and is taking Adderall for it, then spreading numbness can be dangerous. Please stop the drug and take him to a doctor or ER immediately. He may need dose adjustment of the drug. If he is not on drug, then also a MRI of brain and  cervical spine should be done to locate the cause. Take care!

I just started go to an acupuncturist and although I'm not sure it is helping I know that she treats children with ADHD (as well as other medical issues).  Might be worth looking into.

Medications can be tricky.  Sometimes the "minimum recommended dose" can be too much depending on the child.

If you put him on medication for his ADHD then youll probably end up with some side effects. I was on Aderal(sp?) for years and experienced all kinds of problems and complications that the doctors thought was normal. I regret taking medication for my ADHD and I would hope that you would treat your son homiopathically.
