enlarged live and spleen

Im having a problem with my liver and spleen n its been 4 months of doctors and i still know nothing need help
about 3 months ago i was having pains in my upper right abdominal under rib cage went to the doctors he said i had very high liver enzymes put me in the hospital thinking it was gallbladder and it wasnt so i went to a diff doctor he sent me tohave a ct done he said that my liver n spleen are swollen but couldnt see anything wrong so he sent me to a hematologist thinking it was a virus the hematologist checked for mono hepatitis lupis checked all my blood cell n everything is fine so im kind of at a loss here not sure what to do cleary it is not normal to have swollen organs and not knowing is making my panic attacks worse my symtoms seem to change at first it was the my liver n spleen being swollen which is painfull and uncomfortable and i had swollen lymphnodes i had extream hunger but id eat get full very fast then get a headache and a fever this all went away for a couple months then about a week ago the liver n spleen swelled again n now i get a headache when i eat im extreamly tired i swollen lymphnodes in my neck itchy thoat my rihght arm goes numb my right eye gets blurry ( keep in mind i have panic attacks so some off this could be the panic) and my uvula feels funny sometimes feels like its harder to breath does anybody possibly know what this could be ?  i didnt think about it till today but could a cat allergy cause all of this ?

i did and its not mono i went to a doctor today cause my face was numb on the right side n he is sending me to a neurologist im so sick of doctors i just want answers

A mono test can give a false positive, so make sure you check your EBV levels.

Sounds like you have infectious mono also known as the kissing diseas. Check out the EBV forum in medhelp for more info about it. Also ask your doc to test your EBV levels and give you a monospot test.
