feeling nauseous but dont throw up weird feeling in stomach help!

For the past 4 days I have been feeling terribly nauseous but I won't throw up. At first I thought I might have ate something bad ...but it continued to happen .... Then I developed this weird feeling in my stomach.... My upper stomach ..it goes up to my chest which makes me feel like vomiting even more. It's a weird feeling like somethin is rolling and drops upwards? It's,driving me crazy .... The night before it woke me up at 3 am. But still no vomiting... I been feeling like i just want to puke n get it over with ... I'm 21, in good shape no medical history besides a cyst on an ovary... I don't smoke .. drink once in a while... I doubt I'm pregnant I've had all my periods regularly and I haven't had sex for months ! Wat the heck is wrong with me :( its stressing me out help!

Stop stressing. Lot's of water. whatever it is sounds like it can be flushed out. For about a week or two cook for yourself don't trust the outside foods restaurants provide. And you only have one stomach it is your upper stomach

It could be the cyst or it could be the stress you are feeling

It sound like some sort of reflux. Acid reflux comes from the stomach acids that break down the foods we eat and process them for energy. Just because you don't actually throw up doesn't mean it can't be a reflux problem. It may even be an over production of stomach acid causing the problem as well. There are a few choices of medications to treat this, but all are prescription only. Tigan is great to treat nausea. There are a few that will stop stomach acid production as well (I had these after my first child was born and I had uncontrolled vomiting). Usually a short duration of medication can clear up the problem. If you think that stress is causing this, then look into that for more answers. I hope you feel better. I know that is a horrible way to feel.
