I have been feeling tired, moody, pain in my lower abdomen. I thought maybe I was pregnant but test turned up negative. It might of been too early but I have had no energy lately. I get at least 7 to 8 hours of sleep so I don't knwo why I am so tired. Does anyone know what it is.

Constipation is very sneaky!  I think that's what you have.  Easy enough to find out.  Take magnesium citrate.  Drink water.  Add Metamucil and use glycerin suppositories to get things started.  I bet you will feel better once it moves.

If you do not get relief in a day or two, see a doctor.

No one over the internet can diagnose you with any expected accuracy and I hope you will consider seeing a doctor if these symptoms continue.

I think one thing you may want to do is to get your thyroid function tested.  There are a lot of women who suffer from hypothyroidism, where the thyroid is not functioning properly.

Some symptoms of a thyroid functioning below par can be moodiness, fatigue, and constipation which might cause pain in the lower abdomen.

A few other causes of pain in the low abdomen are a problem with one or both ovaries, on the right side, appendicitis, and gas pockets.

Since you are uncertain if you may be pregnant, it won't hurt to ask the doctor for another test for that.  If you are late for your mense and aren't pregnant, you might consider whether or not you might have a hormonal imbalance and ask the doctor about testing for that.

Also, it is very common for females who are still having menses to develop iron deficiency anemia, which can cause tiredness and fatigue, so please ask your doctor to check your ferritin, blood iron, T.I.B.C. and iron saturation percentage.

Moodiness itself can make a person feel very tired and not feel like doing anything.  I hope you can get your mood boosting endorphines going... laughter, hugging your loved ones, exercise, sunlight all are helpful.  If you are a Christian, preaching the Gospel to yourself or having a friend do it is most important.

I hope you get to feeling better soon!
