feeling unwell but dont know why
this week my blood sugar has dropped below 3 mmol twice i have severe upper left abdominal pain ,1 minute im constipated the next i ahve the runs ,i get palpitations cold and clammy and shake and sometimes confused ..oh and im 2 years post op rny and i feel tired all the time

HAD A FEELING IT WAS HYPOGLYCEAMIA BUT IM NOT A DIABETIC WELL DONT THINK I AM THATS WHY I TESTED MY BLOOD SUGARS AND THEY WERE REALLY LOW YET ID ONLY EATEN AN HOUR BEFORE SO THEY SHOULDNT BE 2.8 MMOL
