god will some one Help me!!

I have been suffering with some very strange symptoms, started 2 months ago, stiff neck and chills, had what i can only describe as brain jolt, started peeing constantly, pins and needles severe crushing type headaches, neck stiffness, coughing, joint pains and cracks, depression, i thought i was dying! within about three weeks after taking vitamins and trying to eat better i started slowy feeling 'normal, for about two weeks then bam that was it i ache im fatigued, twitching muscles, burning muscles, my eyeballs hurt my jaw aches so much i thought i had tetanus!  my heart beat is hard and fast sometimes, electrical pulses through my body, intense headaches that are not relieved with meds.  All blood work normal 2 brain ct scans ok and i now await my mri spine and head results.  By way the tinnitus is another story! Constant highh pitched noise?  Does anyone have this?  what the hell is going on? Someone help!! is it M.s?

I agree with Rock Rose, pretty much text book.
There are so many differnt types of lymes that they dont have all the tests to look for them.
I tested negative at me reg doc and then went to the rhumatologist who was able to run a whole in depth panal on them(they could even tell it was a new case of it)
Get it checked out Lymes can do permanent dangerous to your CNS if you leave it untreated for too long.

Sounds like a textbook case of lyme disease to me.   If they've tested for lyme,  they still could have missed it.
