groin and neck on fire,what sould i do?

hi everyone, hope u are doin well,
Im having neck burns and groin burns,here is the detailed story
Last year i met a girl n slept with her protected sex but i later discoved that the condom wrapper had a small whole but the condom was fine,2 weeks later i got a small swelling on my leg behind the knee(looked like a lymph node) the following week i got neck burns,i got worried so i got an hiv test for hiv at three months which was negativei also got a simple std urine test the doc said he found nothing(not sure of the name but it only took a few minutes to tell me the results), after four months i stll had on and off of neck pains one night i went out and had a beer(one hunters small bottle) later that night i developed a dull pain on 1 side under the testicle the pain went on the other side then its now burning up to lower back.i told Dr about the neck burns which are located under th jaws and groin burns and he gave me pain pills and vitamin tabs, plus nerve relaxing pills, i finshed them and nothing happened,
i need advice on what to do, the pain is dull and burning no lumps,no fever and no redness,also checked if i have a hernia by coughing but cant find anything. Please help and i would appreciate the responce...

not steve it doesnt burn when i pee. it only comes randomly and i feel the pains in the legs and joints too.

The pains and burns could be due to anxiety. Other than this it could be a combination of acidity, reflux and gas. Take an antacid, probiotics and eat healthy and see. It can also be a case of STD, so get a complete panel (repeat a detailed one).
