frequent diarreah, gurgling in abdomen, nausea afterwards

I have had very frequent watery diarreah (sometimes 4 or 5 times a day) with nausea immediately afterward.  I get a gurgling sound in my abdomen, and I have to immediately use the restroom, or it will be uncontrollable.  No pain at all, and no bloating or anything else.  I have had this for over a year and a half.  Had endoscopy and colonoscopy, both normal.  Not on any antibiotics.  I've asked my doctor if any of my meds causes this, and she says no.  This all started right after I had a bladder suspension.  Thats the only thing I can associate with it.  Anybody have any ideas??  Would a 2nd opinion with another gastroenterologist help?

I have something very similar that I cant seem to get diagnosd. I have the loose stools and having to go to the toilet regularly for both bowel movements and to pass urine. My stomach gurgles like crazy and I'm often left with a tingling sensation in the whole abdomen area and down my arms and I pass a lot of wind throught the day and night.
Ive had an endoscopy and am waiting for a colonoscopy which im worried about having. Ive also been left feeling quite fatigued. I dont know if its exaclty what you have but it doesnt half leave me feeling frustrated at not knowing WHAT it is.
My GP and previous Gastroenterologist said IBS but im not so certain.

Hello,

Possibilities for these include injury to the bowel due to bladder suspension or after effects of the bladder suspension,Brainerd diarrhea, inflammatory bowel disease and some functioning pancreatic endocrine tumor.

Pls discuss these possibilities with a gastroenterologist and find out the confirmatory cause.

Hope it helps.Take care and pls do kep me posted on how you are doing.
