Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
Any lump should be examined by a doctor and then a decision made as to whether it needs to be removed or not. A small lump in thigh could be a cyst, a neurofibroma (localized harmless swelling in a nerve), lipoma (localized collection of fat), a swollen lymph node, or folliculitis (hair follicle infection). It can also be an acne. Please consult your doctor. Hope this helps. Take care!

you need to go to the dr. it could just be a benign tumor, or it could be something more serious. Or it could just be a cyst or muscle knot or something.. Either way, better safe than sorry.
