Hi
Welcome to the forum!
If you have been tested twice with the time gap as you have specified and both the times the result was negative then you do not have HIV. However if you have symptoms that resemble HIV or a history of unprotected contact or blood transfusion etc then other STDs should be ruled out also.
Hope this helps. It is difficult to comment beyond this at this stage without further information. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!

What exactly is your question? Are you wondering why you were tested or did you just not finish your question?
