My body feel hot feeling chest hard to breathe weird?

Hi i need some help its very irritating ive been struggling with this weird feeling for a couple of weeks now. Its gotten worse. The worst is that i don't have health insurance yet and medical because i started my new job. My symptoms include a weird sensation in my chest like I have a hard time to breathe I have a weird feeling like i have to clear my throat to breathe or something. Also I been struggling at work like i have this slight pounding lightheaded feeling. the worse is that its like i have asthma or something. i try inhaling a deep breath and old it it feels like its weak my breathing and I need something. I recently had a inhaler but I don't use it anymore because I don't have any refills and i don't have any medical yet. I had it from my recent medicine i had before.

The worst is that during the day at my new job i always also very thirsty and constantly taking a sip of water or thirsty. Its very hot but I constantly feel very hot. When I get home I try going to the park to excercise. I feel very hot also. I am hoping that I will somehow clear or see if my lungs or breathing gets better. It feels for a while when excercising. But after I feel like I am struggling a whole lot. now I feel very thirsty and like hot flashes.
The hot flashes are weird or like I am very hot. my body feels hot or something. I want to get a drink but I don't want to drink too much. its very weird. Especially with my breathing. i don't have health insurance yet and I want to know what do I have symptom wise. feeling hot. I took a bath and drink a lot of water but i feel still hot. I am always thirsty and have weird chest heavy like feeling. most of the time I also feel my shoulder blade is off balance to one side is it connected to my breathing its weird?
I also just want to know how to end this weird hot feeling my body and thirsty feeling?

Please can anybody fill me on this one?

In my experience your asthma will most likely continue to get worse and you may get bronchitis. It does not matter that you do not have insurance... you need to find a clinic to go to that treats people based on their income. Is there an American Cancer society branch    I can't remember the name... but it deals with lung cancer where you are? People with lung cancer often have chronic bronchitis and may get pneumonia. They may know about a clinic where you could go or have one of their own.

Also how much does it cost to see a doctor at a drug store do they do something there besides giving flu shots? There may be a drug or grocery store with a doctor... nurse practioner or physician's assistant

If you get sick enough... you will end up going to the ER. Oh I think bronchitis may possibly be a precursor for pneumonia. You can do permanent damage to your lungs and they will never work like they used to.

I don't know about hot flashes but if you get bronchitis you may have a fever. I don't know how old you are.. but my internist told me that people my age early 60ies did not run a temperature when sick normally.

It is possible your asthma will not get bad enough to trigger any of the things I said, but they are a real possibility.  It is possible that something is pollenating outside... a plant or flower could be causing this and you have an allergy to it... once the plant does it's thing and then quits, you will be ok again. However if you live in a damp climate or place like Seattle or pretty much all of Florida the humidity and dampness even inside a house is not good for you.
