severe lymph groin pain

For 7 months now I have had severe groin pain and stinging in what feels like my lymph nodes.  The Inguinal nodes swell and are palpable on and off but are not huge.  It started more in left groin with some diffuse abdominal pain in lower pelvis and abdomen. I have been checked for female problems, negative colonoscopy, have had 2 unremarkable CBC blood panels and a negative CT (6 months ago).  The groin pain is getting worse with stinging and groin pain also in right side now. My doc did give me a round of Bactrim antiobiotic 6 months ago which did not help. I have also had recent negative HIV test.  I have had pain behind ears on and off but no lymph swelling palpable..I have chronic back issues for years and have also had a lot of pin prick feelings in feet/legs at ab same time the groin pains started.  I'm not sure if this has anything to do with my groin issues and swollen inguinal nodes.  I have another appt with my doc in 2 weeks but going out of my mind with this pain. Anyone else have these issues or can you give me some direction?

I have thus far seen my Gen doc, a GI doc, and a Natropathic Doc.  The ND said my lymph was congested and put me on some cleanses ab 2 months ago.  Not getting any better so going back to my GP again  to see if she run more tests and possibly give me appropriate referral for another specialist doc.

Hi! Just read your post. There is something definitely going on with you which is undiagnosed. Can you present to another doctor?
