I can explain the jolting joints. Not the sleep walking. Your "jolts" are a result of stiff or unstretched muscles, you may exercise regularly, but maybe you should try changing up the routine, the body will eventually regulate to the routine so you should shake it up a bit.

Well the lack of dreams could mean you are not sleeping deep enough or long enough to dream, broken sleep. waking up and falling back to sleep over and over can cause you to not remember them. Some people just don't remember their dreams. That is normal for some people. As for sleepwalking people do it. Is it normal? Yes and no,  in some people they just do. It has something to do with not having enough of a chemical in the brain that paralyzes you enough so you don't get up and walk around while you sleep. So you start to sleep walk again I would go see someone about it.It can be dangerous if you wander out of the house or if you have stairs in your home. Tell your mom if it starts up again so they can keep you safe and they can take you to a place that deals with sleep problems. Pain in back and neck and all those other places could be caused by your spine being out of alignment (not straight). The bones in your spine being out of place a bit may not be noticeable to the naked eye and doesn't always show up in xrays. I would ask your mom to take you to a chiropractor if your Medical Doctor can't find anything wrong. Chyropractors can fix problems that Medical Doctors can't always fix and they do it without drugs. I have been going to one since I was younger than you and though I still have back problems,  my chiropractor keeps me pain free mostly and off pain killers. You may need something as simple as a different pillow..I grew up with Asthma also. Pain can also be cause by lack of oxygen in your body so I would make sure you are doing everything you are supposed to,to keep yourself symptom free and breathing well. Everything can be treated if you go and get help. No one should have to live with pain. Though kids do go through something called growing pains. Your muscles stretch as your bones lengthen and it causes everything to get tight and hurt. Only a doctor would be able to tell you if that is what you are having. Tell your mom if you haven't yet. Pain is normal but its not fun and you may not have to live with it.. Good luck.
