left temple pain

The past 2-3 days I have been experiencing pain in my left temple its not constant but it comes and goes. I suffer from anxiety/panic disorder so I always think of te worst Im afraid that I have a blood clot or something is wrong can some one please help or explain

How are you?
Pain in the temple region can be due to pulsing veins in that region. This is usually seen in individuals under stress and those suffering from over anxiety.
Other causes can be TMJ, ear infections, sinus headache and tension headache.
I would suggest you to relax and make sure you get adequate amounts of sleep and hopefully it will go away.
