light-headed, ears ringing, etc

I'm currently a college student (female, age 20), and today at work I got very warm all of a sudden and began sweating. In addition, my ears started ringing, my vision blurred slightly, I felt extremely light-headed like I would pass out, nauseousness, and I couldn't walk straight. Once I was able to make it to a chair and sit down, I felt better within a few minutes, but the symptoms lasted about 3-4 minutes before I was able to do so. I had an experience that felt identical to this while on a mission trip in another country, however they said that was due to dehydration. There were extenuating circumstances that happened there, and I am fairly certain that's not the cause of what happened today, so I'm hoping someone can tell me what it likely was. I did not go to a doctor, as I can't exactly afford one if it isn't like threatening, so I appreciate any help you can give me.

There's no chance I'm pregnant, but I will look into getting blood work done. Thanks!

any chance your pregnant? If not it could be many things.way to many for me to even try to guess. you really need to check your blood pressure sugar and cholesterol levels. blood work can be done with payments you can afford.  hope this helped.
