long term effects of NSAIDs?

Does anybody know what the effects are, on the body, from long term use of Anti-inflammatory pills, and could it cause cold sweats & increased urine output?

Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
Long term side effects include kidney and/or liver failure, water retention, GI ulcers, bleeding from gut or easy bruising, decreased appetite, drowsiness and constipation. Hence prolonged use of this drug can cause increased urine output of diluted urine and sweating.
Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!

Possible GI tract damage if taken in high amounts over a long period of time.  I've actually had liver pain from taking too much Vicodin several months ago.  I was lucky that my liver tested out okay.
