Involentarly saying my thoughts outloud without hearing myself

I take 60mg of geodon, 40mg of vyvanse everyday for bipolar 2 and adhd. For about the past year I have been unknowingly talking what I think out loud. I make involuntary sounds and get strange looks when in public. I only hear the thoughts in my head but I cannot tell when I am saying them out loud. It is very stressful and has caused me to avoid social interaction for fear of saying something wrong. I found out because in multiple classes my teachers have told me to stop talking, I've lost friends, and sometimes get rude remarks and all of this is involuntary. if anyone has ANY information on what could be causing this or how to treat it please post here. Thanks.
