Thrush? Need help been dealing with for awhile?

I was in a (No risk) "according to this website situation of receiving oral sex from a female over a yr ago.  I began to to feel ill 2 days later and had a "tingly" throat as if I was about to have a sore throat, and feel week.  My urine also seemed darker and burned somewhat. I also had serious pain in (My right abdominal)

I went to my Dr where they found blood in my urine after checking in microscope. They tested to STDs but found none.
Eventually I gave in and went to the ER as my abdominal pain got worse.  They also found blood in my urine but didn't find any STDs.  They decided to put me on the drug "Deoxyxycline" for 2 weeks as they believed I might have NGU which sometimes does not show up.

The pain was gone...However I began to get a white tongue, and eventually would have red bumps on the back of my throat soon afterwards.  They put me on some yeast infection pill which cleared my tongue a little but the problem was still there.  Eventually after a few months I began to have abdominal paint/cramps (This was now on my left side) which comes and goes.  I get abdominal "gurgle" and discomfort quite often.  I have tried many natural remedies with no such luck of curing it completely.  I am noticing thinning hair loss in the front (baldness doesnt run in the family) still aching left abdominal, white tongue, and red bumps in throat, with always clearing my throat from "white curd"

What should I do at this point?  It seems theirs not many options.  I pray that my weaken immune system is not from that sexual experience/HIV.  I was 100% healthy prior to all of this.

thanks appreciate the response.  I plan to take your advice and see a gastroenterologist and hopefully they can help me out, and possibly prescribe me some medication.

If it was from the medication, it should be short term and not prolonged.  Symptoms of thrush is red bumps and the white curds could be produced by thrush.  You can go to the doctor and let them prescribe you some oral thrush medication to get rid of it. If it is the thrush, then all your other symptoms should disappear

I think it was from the medication which compromised my immune system.  I have taken deoxy once before with no side effects.  Then a yr later took it again and now was dealing with these issues.  I read that thrush can cause stomach pains and gurgling which is what I have been experiencing.  However I have no luck getting rid of it.
My side effects all go with thrush..which I noticed all after deoxy,
-white tongue
-red bumps in throat
-stomach pains
-stomach gurgling
-loose stool
-fatigue
-white churd in the throat/coughing up white stuff

Thrush can happen as a result of taking antibiotics. I think that these symptoms are totally separate. The abdominal pain/cramps on your left side, gurgling, and hair loss are from something else.  Some diseases that can cause these symptoms are lupus, iron deficiency, and there are other diseases that can do this like hepatitis. My advice is to see a gastroenterologist.

You cannot contract HIV from receiving oral sex from a woman, so this is a no risk situation as it relates to HIV.
