Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
You probably have an erectile dysfunction. You probably have hypospadias or the urinary opening slightly on the underside of penis, such that it appears as a long slit to you. This can cause erection problems resulting in failure to ejaculate.
Please consult an urologist for this. This would need surgical correction. Take care!
