Abdominal pain, high white blood cell count, clean tests

Hi I'm a 17 year old female. For the past 4 months I have been experiencing about a 7/10 pain every time I eat. I went to the doctor in July and he told me to take ranitadine for two weeks. The pain continued. I went back into the doctor two days ago and got a cbc and a metabolic panel done. I got a call from my doctor the next day telling me to go to the emergency room for a high white blood cell count. They did an ultrasound and found nothing so they sent me home with more ranitadine (even though I told him it didn't help.) Today my pain became constant in my upper abdomen and very overwhelming so I went back to the ER. I was sent to get a CT scan done and that came up clean too. The doctors and myself are at a loss. Both hospital visits my white blood cell count has been very high. Any ideas on what this may be?
