You do not say exactly where on your right side you get the pain.

Pain in the lower part of the right side of your tummy could be caused by a condition called mesenteric adenitis.  Sometimes the appendix is removed because the condition can be like those of appendicitis.

If you have a condition called diverticular disease, the little pockets can get blocked and inflamed and this can cause a lot of pain.

Pain in the right side which is under your rib cage could be related to the liver and the gallbladder.

Having a lot of trapped wind can also cause severe pain.

Would you know if the blood tests were done to check for Helicobacter Pylori?  Blood tests for this are not very accurate.  The test to check for this is a stool sample or a breath test.

Keep a record of everything that you eat and drink to see if you can find a pattern when this happens and if there is any particular food that could be triggering off this pain.  Keep off all fried and highly spiced foods, to find out if any of these may be the cause of your problems.

Keep off or cut down on junk foods, sugary and processed foods (this includes cakes, biscuits and white bread).

Make sure that you drink plenty of fluids, especially water so that you do not become dehydrated.  2 litres per day is usually recommended, but more if you sweat a lot.

Keep a record of your bowel movements too and how they look to see if any of your pains are related to your bowels.  If you do have a problem emptying your bowels, your doctor can prescribe stool softening medications.  Blocked and inflamed diverticula can be extremely painful so it is important to ensure good bowel movements.

For pain that could be related to mesenteric adenitis and severe diverticulitis, if this is caused by bacteria, then an antibiotic would help.

When you experience the pain, do a urine sample into a glass container and see what it looks and smells like.  If it smells very strong and may be cloudy or very dark, then that could indicate a urinary infection.   Depending where the pain is, it could also be from the kidney area.

It may be a good idea when you are in severe pain, to seek medical attention immediately, as sometimes when the symptoms are settled, it is harder to pin point to the exact position.

Keep going to see the doctors if you still get these pains.  When my daughter was young and used to get severe stomach pains, it took a long time for the medical profession to find out that it was mesenteric adenitis.  As an adult it took a long time before it was found that she had the Helicobacter Pylori bacteria that had been causing all her problems.  Once treated appropriately, she was fine.

I do hope that the cause can be found soon so that you can get the appropriate treatment.

Let us know how you get on.
Best wishes.

When you're on warfarin, vitamin K does not get recycled .
I'm sure you were told to avoid excess leafy vegetable consumption and specially spinach, as they contain high amounts of vitamin K, which aids the liver in synthesising blood clotting factors.

Should your vitamin K levels be critically low, among many risks some of them possibly pertinent to you could be :
a.  arterial and soft tissue calcification
b. osteoporosis
c. Tooth decay (higher risk of bacterial infections and increased toxicity in the body through the oral cavity)
d. cardiovascular disease (long term)
e. various forms of cancer (long term).

It is a catch 22. Please discuss this with your doctor.

You can also look up " Blockbuster AllClear" a formula which among other things, is reported to dissolve clots.
I don't have any direct experience with this, however, I have heard many great things about it. many of its ingredients have been used successfully for years.

I hope this helps, but please note that my comments are not intended to replace medical advice.
