tingling chest bone pain

Hello

Iam 21 and never had any heart problems at all. I have mild scoliosis, where my chest sticks out at the front a bit, but nothing major. Since august ive been having tingling feelings in my chest, i dont think its related to my heart, as i feel my pulse during the tingling pain and its normal. The pain isnt major, just very discomforting. It mainly happens at night, and when I lie down on a certain side the pain comes, but when i turn the other way it's back. I remember sitting up quickly and feeling a twinge in center of my chest, could it be i could of fractured somthing just by sitting weirdly?

thanks
mark
