Sounds like restless leg syndrome-there is a medication for that but it is prescription so you would need to see a Dr.

I used to get that from age 10-20 every once in a while, if it feels like you just want to curl up in a little ball and no positions feel comfortable and if you are in the age that I mentioned above, I would say that it might be growing pains...yes believe me they are real, I got them BAD when I was younger! But, just to be safe it might be good to go to the doctor and make sure there is nothing else that is really wrong :)
