Hello,
Unfortunately I am unable to understand whether you mean the swelling of the feet or some local swollen lumps like a corn or callus.Pls elaborate on the symptoms so that I can help you in a better way in making the differentials.
Take care and keep me posted Kind Regards.
You didn't say what the medicine is, but if you are having side effects, stop taking it & contact your doctor. I can't imagine any medicine for bone spurs that leads to thid side effect.
Swelling of the feet can come from a hundred different reasons. Everything from flat feet, to medication, to diabetes. It could be lymphodema. There is simply not enough information to help you with that -- you need to discuss the swelling with your doctor (not necessarily a podiatrist).
For the heel spurs you need better shoes and orthotics.
