It depends on what's causing the twitching. There are certain vitamin deficiencies that can cause twitching. I'd take a multivitamin/mineral formula with magnesium citrate, calcium, B vitamins, potassium, and and others. Don't drink much alcohol or soft drinks; stick with water, a little real juice, or a little tea.

Idk that but I have leg spasmums! Like uncontrollable leg twitches that kinda hurt. I don't use any pills (partly cuz I refused to take them) and just training can help. Of corse I still have them. Actally you ussaly grow out of any twitching so ya. But slight strength training muscles that twitch may help. I found that stretching dose not help but it help me prepare for other exercises that help. Light frequent exercise, such as kicking in the pool with a kickbord help tons. Yes my legs still have twitches but they are tons smaller. They ussed to almost snap to my body, and now they're just small Toni little twitches that are so small no one else notices. It's amazing but that's all and yes this is a eye thingy.
