Hello,

Without examination,it is very difficult to confirm a diagnosis, but it can be due to cervical spondolysis, spinal stenosis(the spinal canal narrows and compresses the spinal cord and nerves) , compression or entrapment of the nerves, straining of muscles of back, carotid sinus syndrome and neurological conditions like intracranial space occupying lesions.

An external examintion and host of tests like blood tests,x-ray and CT/MRI spine, abdomen and head are required to confirm a diagnosis. An evaluation by a physician will be the best.

Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing and if you have any additional queries.
