hi, thanks for your comment, if iam on my feet to long they start to burn but thats about it, when i dont get enough sleep i get so grumpy witch i dont think its fair on the kids, i so need more sleep am alway tired and house work is suffering, i some times take a nap in afternoon but only last about 20 mins at most. Well i hope your retirement gets better and you have more luck with your feet and i also hope you get into a better sleeping pattern
any foot discomfort? morton neuromas cause insomnia , restless leg syndrome, sinus problems, low immunity, feels like a marble under ball of foot with burning sensation. I just had my 6th surgery on feet-8 metatarsal head resections. In lay terms 8, yes 8, toe joints removed. Retirement has not been quite as i expected BUT its not the big CA.... Good LUCK-Insomnia ***** to be perfectly honest My REM sleep is between 7am and 2 to 3pm kinda puts a damper on normalcy!!!

Do you eat late at night? If so what?
Are you aware you may be allergic to some foods?
Have you undergone a food allergy test?
Do you go to bed straight after some mental activity eg surfing the net or doing work? It's best to unwind with the TV for 30 mins before hitting the sack
Have you tried melatonin tablets? Go to the link below, it's got all the info...
