I need a name for this

I am 19 and female. I would like a less vague name for my symptoms than just anemia or dysmenorrhea. I usually don't have any symptoms of PMS other than the occasional discomfort during a bowel movement. But every so often I would get a sudden urgent feeling of diarrhea, during the "release" or as I head to the bathroom, I feel light-headed and dizzy and my balance and most of my senses are affected, therefore partially disoriented. I start to panic and hyperventilate feeling as thought I'm going to passout and maybe die. The bowel movement is uncomfortable and feels as thought it'll never end. When I have this episode is it always before a period, but not every period. I've had this similar episode without the diarrhea, where I was standing in "attention" and started to feel light-headed and slowly lost my hearing and vision, but I was in a position where if I moved I could be in trouble so I bent my knees and tried to get my blood moving. This was probably my first attack. All I want is a just a name to call these episodes, instead of something vague.

And my last episode was back in March while on my College band trip. It could be due to stress but maybe not.

I also feel cold and start to sweat. The cold feeling is probably from lack of blood in my extremities or the entire outer surface of my body.

Well it is only about maybe 4 times a year. And it is ususally associated with my PMS, which I don't have symptoms of PMS which means this is my only symptom. It isn't servere pain. Just the uncomfortable feeling of the "urge" to go and while have the bowel movement is unpleasant but it isn't to the point of endometriosis. I'm pretty sure I don't have endometriosis. I have a basically normal period overal. So there isn't really a name for this condition or that anyone here knows of? Or is it just a sort of domino effect of dysmenorrhea and followed by a vasovagal reaction to the diarrhea. That sounds good too. If I am able to reach an area where I am able to lie down, the fetal position as read from another post and my past experience seems to help the blood circulate a lot better and for maybe the nerve reacting to my bowel movement to relax and calm down, but I am just guessing that.

I agree with jules1990, seek medical attention if they become frequent.

Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
You could be having a vasovagal attack, or it could be hormonal changes brought about by PCOS or even endometriosis as you also have dysmenorrhea. There is a possibility that you have IBS or irritable bowel syndrome as you have an urge to pass stool and diarrhea. You need to consult a doctor and your gynecologist and get this investigated.
Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
