scared and confused in ohio

i woke up the other day and had a severe ringing in my ears and couldn't hear for over a day. i also had a tingling in my left arm and leg. also i vomitted for close to 8 hours non stop to the point they couldn't draw blood at the hospital bc of dhydration. Ontop of all of this the right back of my head was numb for 3 days. I had a weird foggy feeling all day and have been in the hospital since because now i am having severe pain in my left side/ rib cage. does any of this make any sense. My potassium levels came back high and a few other tests were slightly off and they have done every scan known to man. I am so confused and scared and am looking for an answer that maybe the dr.s have overlooked. my name is matthew cain and i am at miami valley hospital in dayton ohio. any info or suggestions would be greqatly appriciated. i am 27. thanks

i also have a blood deficiency known as factor 5 which means my blood is way thicker than normal so i am prone to clots. that is why they did the ultrasounds. i have had 3 clots in which one became dislodged and became a pulminary embolism. just thought i would add that

blood pressure was slightly high not at all risky high though. small temperature. they said the potassium was from me laying in one spot too long the previous night. something called rhyam something. basically it is when your muscles shed producing potassium. i just cant see that having anything to do with the hearing loss or the numbness or the vomitting. they cant find anything in the ct scans or mri's or ultrasounds so they are saying blaming the lung pain on pluracy which i could understand but the numbness in my head and the hearing loss are my biggest fears.
