shoulder/elbow pain

I have a severe main in the muscles of both arms between the shoulders and the elbows.  I had the cortazone shots and they helped some.  But this pain does not go away and at times it is excruciating.  If I reach the wrong way, turn the wrong way, anything the pain comes in this wave that really takes me to my knees.  It is not my rotor cups.  Doctor x rayed that.

sounds like same pains I get , I have a good chiropractor who has taken the pain away by taken pressure off nevre points in my neck and spine but it reoccurrs after poor sleep positions and too much heavy work

I did not know that an X ray can see a rotator cuff tear?  But it does sound like you have that and it is very difficult to clear up and can give you a lot of pain.  Can you raise your arm sideways?  Another idea is tendonitis.  What is strange is that it is in both arms?   How could you have done this injury?  Do you sleep in awkward ways and on your stomach? Or deal with switching machinery?
