sickly feeling

Hi I am a 62year old woman and have been experiencing a sickly feeling for about 3 weeks and the sight of food makes me feel nausea,i do not eat any red meat i never have and when i went to the supermarket i picked up chops for my husband and some of the blood dropped onto my hand i nearly passed out.
My shopping bill has dropped as i do not fancy food.i am very overweight but have dropped 2 stone since Christmas.
It started with me having cellulitis a germ under the skin on my leg it was just a small patch very hot i also had 2 mouth ulcers and developed cystitis.
I went to the doctor he gave me Penicillin that never cured it i had anti bio-tics it cleared the cystitis mouth ulcers and the leg is only a small bit inflamed.
I live on liquids cuppa soup yogurt melon oranges,i do not want to eat.
any suggestions please.

Yes, like I said, it could be acidity or GERD and these may be associated with gastric ulcers.

Thank you for the welcome to med help.
I take thyroxine for a thyroid problem, and bloods came back ok.
this started just after Christmas i started feeling sick but not actually sick i can not look at food but melon yogurt and cuppa soup no problem.
when i do start a meal it does not take much before i am full and a lot of food wasted, then i feel full of wind and constantly burping but it seems to roll around the stomach like a volcano or full of bubbles i have lost weight that i do need to do.
i also have a discomfort just under the wings under the back bone, and a discomfort just at the end of the breast bone.
when i do eat it feels as if something is stopping it to digest.
could i have an ulcer.???
thank you

Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
With your symptoms you should check out for a few things, namely diabetes, acidity, GERD, and hormonal imbalance of menopause.  All these problems can cause the symptoms you are having, in addition diabetes can be responsible for the cellulitis not healing. It is difficult to comment beyond this at this stage.  Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
