tired of pain and vomiting

I have been vomiting for two days, and always immediately after a sharp stabbing pain goes through my abdomen from top to bottom. The pain is awful, but I am also quite tired of throwing up all the time as well

Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
This could be due to either food poisoning or due to severe acidity. Eat light, do not stay hungry but eat simple things like toast, porridge, cereals, crackers etc. Take ORS. Take an OTC lactobacillus preparation and yoghurt with your meals. Drink plenty of fluids. Take over the counter antacid, omeprazole and antiemetic (this SOS for vomiting). Watch out for a day or two with this treatment. If this does not help, consult a doctor.  Take care!

I always find that a cup of mint tea helps to settle my stomach when I am having nausea or vomiting problems.
