sooo tired

hi,does anyone out there feel really tired after eating,evey time i eat whether it be a piece of toast or a big cooked dinner i feel ready to sleep for an hour,it passes after a while but it is just exhausting,can someone please tell me what this is.

Have you had your sugar test. A 2 hour glucose test is most accurate.
