stomach pain

Hi, my name is Katherine.  And I thought that my last message would be recorded, but it appears it wasn't.  I know nothing about these web sites.  I have had severe stomach pains for about 2 months. At first my gyn doc prescribed an ultra sound, but that came up negative (no masses). This has been the most stressful year of my life with my mother dying in January, a brother trying to kill me; having to move 5 times; I incurred a wound injury to my ankle (almost lost my foot!); suffered major head concussion; auto accident; then loss of my left arm; oh, the list goes on and on..()and I continued to work at a very stressful job..no disabilty leave) Doctor did ultra sound on pelvic but that came up negative.  All blood tests are fine.  Had cat scan today on my stomach...I am weak, and in pain.  Will get results next week.  I can only eat a few spoonfuls of food and then my stomach balloons up to 40-50 inches.  And I'm weak.   Diarrhea all the time..almost like liquid sand...doctors didn't seem to take me seriously.  Listen up..all of you ladies out there..please ...do not go into your doctor's office with make up on.  I am an esthetician (facialist) and I know how to put on makeup well.  Please...I finally went into doctors office last week with absolutely no makeup on and was taken seriously...blood tests were ordered; cat scan ordered..My gift to all of you women is this...let your vanity go, and see your doctor with NO MAKEUP ON...then and only then will that doctor take you seriously...love and wellness to all of us...Katherine

So sorry to hear about your symptoms and problems of the past year. The first thought that hit me was IBS or IBD of some kind. Stress has alot to do with both illnesses. I would see a doctor and ask for a colonscopy.
