dizzy..my head is spinning
i am real dizzy when i walk. feels like i am about to fall forward. almost like i am drunk. i also rolled over in bed this morning and opened my eyes and everything was spinning. i got out of bed and i fell. i am 23 years old. i shouldnt be feeling like this.
See a doctor for sure. Be prepared to give a full history of what you have been doing lately. That included everything you have been doing to yourself and putting into yourself. Any accidents lately? Are you a partier? Do you do drugs of any kind, recreational or otherwise? It may be blood pressure, it could be anemia at your age if you have been having heavy periods lately. Have a blood test done. To the doctor please!
