tight testicals/balder problems

Okay so when I was in college bout 8-10 years ago I was interested inenlarging my penis. I found a free progam of pulls that I did after wrapping my tesials in a hotcloth. Well for the first few weeks it worked then once I stopped my testicals shrank down to the size of accorns more or less and my penis shrank with them. Thats when I stated prematurly urinating with kinda a fishy smell. A few years ago I spoke with my doctor and he put me on some pills and that did seem to work and I went on the enzite program to expand my testicals. Well I woke up this morning and emptied my bladder into my shorts and it feels like there is something small caught on one side of my penis head but there was no strange smell. I am physicaly disabled I use pole arm crutches to get around my house. Could I have a kidney stone probem

Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
The various pulls etc could have harmed the muscles of the penis and scortum. Fishy smell and a feeling of something being caught in the skin of penis can be due to bacterial vaginosis. Generally it is treated with a course of metronidazole. I suggest you consult an urologist and refrain from any penile or testicular enlargement exercises. Take care!
