unexplained swelling

I have had this unexplained swelling for a few years now. It comes and goes. reciently I had some swelling in my knee which hurt. Well it went away the next day but the day after I have a swollen spot just above the same knee (I'd say about 3 in. in cir.)It gets warm to the touch and sore. I have also had swelling in my hands, arms, feet, toes, mouth, Legs, and little spots on my abdomin. This problem actually went away while I was pregnant but now has returned. This is very annoying to me as it restricts my movement if it is close to a joint. the closest thing I could find that sounds like this is Lupus. which I saw a doctor for 1-2 years ago and my blood work came back Neg. Any help would be greatly appriciated.
