What could be wrong? Odd Symptoms

First of all I am a 19 year old male.  For quite a while now I have been having some odd issues.  I have Chronic Rhinitis (inflamation of nose tissue causing dry nose) and I tend to swallow and spit up a lot of nasal drainage.  I also have GERD aka Acid Reflux.  But about 6 months ago I started having a bad taste in my mouth and throat, so I checked with a flashlight and my left tonsil has very large crypts with yellow stones in them (Cryptic Tonsils.) I usually pop them out with a q tip because they taste bad.  I don't have a sore throat really and my tonsls don't hurt very often either.  But lately I have noticed by feeling of my neck that my lymph nodes are swollen pretty large under the chin area and my upper throat.  I think that would be understandable considering the way my tonsil is swollen with holes in it right now.  But what had got me bothered is a fairly small but somewhat swollen hard node in my arm above the elbow, it doesn't hurt but it won't go down either.  I also noticed lately that I have been having a low grade fever, like 99.7 or less usually.  The fever comes in the afternoon and goes back down normally, I also don't usually have it in the morning (my morning temp has actually been in the 97 range lately.)  I just wonder what is wrong with me?  I am going to see an ENT soon to ask about it, but it keeps worrying me.  Thanks in advance guys. My main worry are the swollen nodes and low fever.

Oh I forgot, I have also seemed to develop what seems to be Geographic Tongue.  Or some kind of tongue abnormality.

It sounds like you may need your tonsils out. Consider seeing an ENT physician -- you may need a referral from your primary care physician first.

Thanks for the reply.  I am going to see an Ear Nose & Throat doctor tomorrow morning.  I am still worried about the lymph node in my arm thought.  Hope its nothing serious like rheumatoid or HIV or something like that.
