worried about symptoms

26 yr old, breastfeeding mother (17month old), healthy diet, non smoker, healthy weight, PND (taking effexol) Currently fatigued & stressed. Unexplained symptoms: Dizziness, nasuea, light headed, faint, slight vertigo that comes on in the afternoon and last for hours.  Then sudden onset of loss of appetite & rectal bleeding.  Rectal bleeding is not associated with pain, discomfort, or strain.  I am very regular and take fibre supplements, i don't have  heammeroids. Previous vitamen b12 deficency.  My partner says I look pale, and dark circles under my eyes.  I feel like ****!  Whats wrong with me, Oh and lower back pain.

aine again also if you were getting b12 injections like i was, you will have all those symptoms that youre telling me to go with this, its normal, dont skip meals you could be hypoglycemic like me ie low blood sugar levels. eat every 2/3 hours well, bye

sound like you are wrecked, this all seems familiar, when i had all my three kids, last child 11 months, went through 9 months of sheer hell like you , so so worn out and exhausted, depressed , post natal depression, so week tired, didnt get any sleep during day as baby was awake, no family to help me , make sure you eat well and sleep when you can , can you get any one to take kids for a few days and go to a hotel and just sleep and eat, relax, i know how your feeling girl, as for the blood in rectal area get it checked out with doctor, maybe you have internal heammeroids and you are unaware of them, good luck aine ireland,
