Swollen vagina
My inner vaginal lips are very dry (almost chapped) & have swollen to the point where sitting or walking is v. painful.
I have not had sex in months. I am currently taking the following tablets * cetirizine, * telfast, * hydroxyurea carbamide.

Are you douching? Does this make the symptom worse? If so stop Douching and see if this helps.
One of the side effects of hydroxyurea is mucositis (inflammation of the mucosa - e.g., the vaginal mucosa) and dermatomyositis, and vasculitic ulcers. Talk to your provider about your dosage and these side effects.
It could also be possible that the symptom may relate to the thing for which you are taking the hydroxyurea. Also a reason to discuss with your physician...
